Gaetane Wicquart is a senior manager in humanitarian aid, development, and climate action, currently serving as Directrice 3ZERO at ACTED. With over 15 years of global experience in NGO direction, crisis management, and organizational development, Gaetane has excelled in multicultural team coordination and risk management. Past roles include Deputy Country Director and HQ MEAL Manager, where Gaetane focused on project excellence and accountability. Gaetane has also contributed to academia as a professor at Sciences Po Lille, inspiring students in humanitarian project design.
