Hassan Saad

Hassan Saad is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, civil society engagement, and capacity building. Currently serving as a Civil Society Expert and Trainer at ACTED and as a Program Manager & Expert at SEED Foundation, Hassan has successfully designed and delivered training workshops, managed program lifecycles, and secured project funding. Previous roles include Media Project Manager at ACTED, Project Manager at the British Council, and Project Associate at The International Foundation for Electoral Systems, among others, where Hassan coordinated projects and initiatives focused on communication, electoral systems, and youth engagement. Hassan holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the Open University of Tripoli and has completed a Leadership Program at Georgetown University, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Medicine.
