Janis Lateef

Janis Lateef is a senior finance leader currently serving as the Country Finance Manager for the Libya Mission at Acted. With a CPA qualification, Janis has significant experience in financial management within purpose-led organizations, having previously held roles such as Corporate Finance Manager and Acting Chief Financial Officer at the International Women's Development Agency. Janis has effectively managed finance team goals, budget processes, and compliance in diverse settings, including a €20 million program across five countries. In addition to their technical skills, Janis is committed to developing teams through coaching and mentorship.
