Joan Khalil

Joan Khalil is an experienced Manager with a solid background in the NGO sector, possessing six years of expertise in internal control, management, and risk mitigation. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in chemical of tissues and fibers from Jami't Al-Ba'ath and currently serve as the Country Transparency and Compliance Manager at ACTED.
