Joseph Duncan

Joseph Duncan is a humanitarian worker with extensive field experience in the Post-Soviet space, currently based in Ukraine. They have held various roles at Acted, including Country Project Development Manager and Project Development Officer, focusing on areas such as Cash, Disaster Risk Reduction, and Shelter. Previously, Joseph collaborated as a Research Assistant at both the University of St Andrews and Leiden University. They hold a Master’s degree in Crisis and Security Management from Universiteit Leiden and an undergraduate degree in International Relations from the University of St Andrews.
