Masood Farjam

Masood Farjam is a seasoned HRM and L&D specialist currently serving as a Learning and Development Specialist at Acted since 2023. Previously, they held the position of HR Manager at Delight Sign & Advertising Services from 2021 to 2023, where they managed recruitment, payroll, and performance management, among other responsibilities. Masood's earlier experience includes roles at MTN Afghanistan, where they worked as a Training Specialist, and at Asia Consultancy Group, where they served as a Senior Learning & Development Officer from 2018 to 2021. They are currently pursuing further education at Sikkim Manipal University.
