Pascal Bernard

Pascal Bernard has extensive experience in operations and management within the non-profit sector, currently serving as Vice CEO of Operations, Emergencies & Systems at ACTED since July 2006. Previous roles at ACTED include Director of Operations & Information Systems, Regional Director for Europe & Central Asia, and Country Director for Kyrgyzstan/Uzbekistan. Prior to ACTED, Pascal Bernard was the CEO of OXUS Kyrgyzstan from February 2007 to June 2008. Pascal Bernard holds a Master’s degree in Political Sciences and International Relations from Sciences Po (1999-2000) and a Master's degree in International Relations and Political Sciences from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) (1998-1999).
