Юлія Бочарова-Туз is a Senior Capacity Building Officer at the international NGO ACTED since September 2023. They have extensive experience in project coordination, analytical skills, and monitoring and evaluation, having previously served as a Partnership Officer for ACTED and led the analytical department at the ecological NGO "Flora." YuЛія has also been involved in various educational and advocacy initiatives and has worked internationally in the USA, the UK, Poland, and Lithuania. They hold a degree in Practical Psychology from the Pedagogical Academy.
