Qaisar Murad

Qaisar Murad is a seasoned humanitarian professional with over 10 years of experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Accountability (MEAL) within national and international humanitarian organizations. They currently serve as the Country MEAL Manager at Acted, where they lead the design of MEAL strategies and systems. Previously, Qaisar held the position of Country Appraisal, Monitoring, and Evaluation Manager at ACTED, overseeing extensive project cycle management and operational compliance. They also possess substantial experience in emergency response and development project evaluation, having worked with key donors such as OFDA, ECHO, and UNICEF. Qaisar earned a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Peshawar and a Master's degree in Computer Science from Hazara University.
