Mike Bennett

Mike Bennett is a skilled Lead Stress Engineer at Actemium since March 2014, overseeing a team of up to 10 stress engineers and managing small to medium projects focused on calculations from quotation to client delivery. Prior to this role, Mike served as a Senior Stress Engineer at Actemium UK from February 2010 to March 2014, producing structural hand calculations for various steel fabrications and seismic evaluations using MathCAD. Mike's engineering career began at BAE Systems Air, where roles included Stress Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, and Engineering Apprentice from September 1998 to February 2010. Academically, Mike holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from The Manchester Metropolitan University, as well as a Higher National Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering from Macclesfield College.
