Chithra U

Chithra U currently serves as the Director of Operations at Actfore, overseeing operations, HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance since July 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager and subsequently Senior Human Resources Manager at Omega Solutions, Inc. from March 2010 to July 2023, as well as a position as Associate and Lead Instructional Designer at Cognizant Technology Solutions from August 2006 to February 2009. Earlier in the career, Chithra worked as a Programmer Analyst focusing on instructional design and as a Copy-Editor at Newgen Imaging Systems in Chennai, where expertise in copy-editing and language editing for scientific publications was developed. Chithra holds an M.Phil in Physics from Annamalai University and both an M.Sc and B.Sc in Physics from the University of Madras.
