Austin Gerner

Austin Gerner has a diverse work experience. Austin began their career in 2015 as a Database Analyst Intern at the Application Developers Alliance. In the same year, they also worked as an Entrepreneur Data Czar Intern at George Washington University. In 2016, they held Software Development Intern and CRM & Marketing Database Intern positions at Ghost Creative and the Washington Football Team, respectively. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Deloitte as a Lead Software Engineer I, Software Engineer II, Software Engineer I, and Analytics Consultant. In 2019, they were a Programming Tutor at Coder Kids, Inc. and in 2021 they were a Senior Software Engineer at Blackboard. Currently, they are a Senior Software Engineer at Actifai.

Austin Gerner obtained a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from The George Washington University between 2013 and 2017. Austin then pursued a Master's degree in Data Analytics at the same university, which they are expected to complete in 2022. In 2021, they obtained an AWS Certified Developer - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
