Director of Operations, North America Latin America at Actility

Thior Santander has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Thior began their career as an Ingénieur d'étude at Alten from August 2005 to October 2006. Thior then joined Comverse as a Project Engineer from August 2005 to January 2008. Thior later served as a Technical Manager at Comverse from February 2008 to July 2008, handling technical interactions and providing technical expertise for local customer support teams. Santander continued their role as a Technical Manager at Comverse from August 2008 to September 2011, participating in the pre-sales phase as a technical consultant.

In 2011, Santander joined babyTEL as a VoIP Specialist, contributing their expertise until March 2016. From March 2016 to August 2018, they served as a Technical Project Manager at Actility, overseeing projects and managing technical aspects. Santander then took on the role of Director of Operations, North America Latin America at Actility from August 2018 onwards, where they continue to contribute their skills and knowledge. Overall, Santander has demonstrated versatility and proficiency in various technical and managerial roles throughout their career.

Thior Santander began their education at ECE, an Engineering School, where they obtained a Diploma d'ingenieur in Network and Telecommunication from 2001 to 2004. They then pursued a master's degree in Telecommunication at Aalborg University from 2004 to 2005. In 2012, Thior enrolled at Concordia University and completed a Diploma in Photography / Digital Photography Imaging. From 2016 to 2020, Thior returned to Concordia University to pursue a Master of Arts degree in Translation English-French, specializing in the field of study.
