Anna-Maria Blauth has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Anna-Maria started their career as an HR intern at Festo in 2019. After that, they joined BorgWarner Inc. as a Global HR Working Student, where they gained valuable experience until January 2021. In February 2021, they joined vitagroup as an HR Working Student before moving on to Actindo AG. At Actindo AG, Anna-Maria holds the role of Junior HR Manager from August 2021 to December 2022. Anna-Maria then transitioned to the position of HR Manager in January 2023, where they currently work.
Anna-Maria Blauth has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Integrative Sozialwissenschaften from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau. Anna-Maria completed their Bachelor's degree between 2016 and 2020. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Integrative Sozialwissenschaften at the same institution, which they are expected to complete from 2020 to 2022.
