Ashley Clement has a comprehensive work experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for autism. Ashley currently holds the position of Vice President of Clinical Training at Action Behavior Centers, where they oversee the training program to ensure the highest quality of therapy services. Prior to this role, Ashley served as the Senior Director of Training and Director of Clinical Quality and Training at the same company. Ashley'sresponsibilities included developing and expanding clinical expertise, implementing research-based practices, and providing ongoing training for all employees. Before joining Action Behavior Centers, Ashley worked as a Behavior Analyst at ProMedica, where they served in various roles, including Lead Behavior Analyst and Coordinating Teacher. Additionally, they gained experience as a Behavior Support Specialist at Capable Kids and as a Classroom Behavior Therapist at the Cleveland Clinic.
