Emily Bailey has a robust background in payroll, benefits, and operations management, with experience in various roles spanning over a decade. Most recently, Emily served as the Director of Payroll and Benefits at Action Behavior Centers from October 2022 to April 2024, having previously held positions as Senior Manager and Payroll & Benefits Manager within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as Operations & HR Manager and Office & HR Manager at Lake Travis Zipline Adventures, along with roles at The Club at Carlton Woods as Catering & Special Events Coordinator and Intern. Emily graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor's degree in Family and Consumer Science, specializing in Hospitality.
