Madison Ramirez

Madison (Maddy) Ramirez is a qualified professional in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, currently serving as a Senior Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Action Behavior Center since September 2022. In this role, Maddy provides evidence-based therapy to children diagnosed with Autism under the age of 8, collaborating closely with a BCBA and a team of RBTs to implement strategic plans and protocols. Prior to this, Maddy gained experience as an RBT at Behavioral Transformations from September 2021 to September 2022, delivering ABA therapy while working with multiple BCBAs. Maddy also held the position of Lead Pre K-3 Teacher at PISD from September 2018 to September 2021, managing a classroom of 20-25 children and coordinating a team to foster an inclusive learning environment. Maddy’s educational background includes an EMT certification from Richland College and a high school diploma from Naaman Forest High School, completed in 2014.
