Shannon Smith

Shannon Smith holds a Master of Education in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Collaborative Special Education from the University of South Alabama. They have extensive experience in the field of behavior analysis, having served as a BCaBA at The Shape of Behavior and later advancing to roles such as Group Clinical Manager and BCBA-Clinical Supervisor at the Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC. Shannon also held the position of Director of Compliance and Quality Assurance at Hidden Talents ABA before becoming the Senior Clinical Director at Action Behavior Centers, where they currently work.
