Traci Ringo has a diverse background in behavioral health and management. Starting as a Behavioral Health Technician at The Shape of Behavior from May 2015 to May 2017, Traci later served as a Nanny/Caregiver for a private family from May 2017 to June 2019. Traci advanced in the field by working as a Lead Registered Behavior Technician, Behavioral Therapist, and Resident at Ascend Behavior Partners from March 2022 to January 2023. Afterward, Traci took on roles as Office Manager at RINGO TIRE AND SERVICE CENTER, INC. from August 2019 to June 2021, and as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at both Cortica and BrightPath Behavior in late 2024 and mid-2025, respectively. Currently, Traci holds the position of Senior BCBA at Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism. Traci earned a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance from McNeese State University and a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University.
