Ynes Kropf is an experienced professional with over 15 years in commercial and residential design and project management, specializing in the food service and hospitality sectors. They served as Manager of Design at Quiznos from 2012 to 2014, where they managed the preopening process for numerous new builds and remodels. From 2014 to 2020, Ynes worked as Design & Decor Project Manager at Allegro Coffee Company, collaborating on the design of over 100 coffee bar venues. Currently, Ynes is the Director of New Centers at Action Behavior Centers and also holds the role of Construction Project Manager.
