Iain Macfarlane

Iain Macfarlane is the Founder of BizCOACHING & Associates, established in April 2004 in Madison, Wisconsin, as a franchise of ActionCOACH Business Coaching. They served as a business writer for four years with the 'Capital Region Business Journal' and were the weekly radio host of 'The Iain Macfarlane Business Program' on WTDY 1670 for three years. In 2006, Iain was honored as Coach of the Year by ActionCOACH North America and was inducted into the ActionCOACH Global Hall of Fame in 2012. With an extensive educational background, including a B.Ec. with Honors from the University of Sydney and graduate studies at prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School, Iain has contributed significantly to the business coaching field. They continue to work with business owners and executive teams to enhance strategic planning and operational efficiency.
