Stephen Wendel

Dr. Stephen Wendel is an applied behavioral scientist and author with over a decade of experience in leveraging behavioral science for social impact. They are the co-founder and Head of Methodology at sistemaFutura and have previously served as a Vice President at the Busara Center for Behavioral Economics, focusing on technical excellence and expanding the organization’s presence in Latin America. Dr. Wendel founded BehavioralTeams.com and the non-profit Bescy, contributing to public education on behavioral research applications. They hold a BA from U.C. Berkeley, a Master’s from Johns Hopkins-SAIS, and a PhD from the University of Maryland, where their research addressed behavioral change in political activism.
