James Eash

James Eash has extensive experience in real estate development and community planning, currently serving as the Real Estate Development Director at ACTION-Housing, Inc. since January 2015, after holding positions as Senior Real Estate Development Officer and Real Estate Development Officer. Prior roles include Director of Economic Development at Mount Washington Community Development Corporation and Community Planning and Project Coordinator at Lawrenceville Corporation, where significant contributions included the design and implementation of community improvement programs. James Eash also has experience as a Community Outreach Coordinator at The Lawrenceville Corporation and as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania, providing academic support in housing and urban development. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree in Art with a focus on Communications from Goshen College.
