Action Process Serving Ltd. is a British Columbia based process serving company established by founding partner Rod Livingston in 1985. Today Rod is joined by partners Dean Price, Avtar Bains and a very talented group of individuals. We regularly provide process serving for over 125 law firms, representing over 1500 lawyers, in the greater Vancouver area.  We also provide process serving for at least 40 firms a month outside of the greater Vancouver area, from Canada, and from the US. Over the past 30 years we have built a network of reliable process serving agents throughout Canada. 
 
Through our membership in the National Association of Professional Process Servers since 1987, we are able to provide services in all 50 states in the US, as well as having access to numerous worldwide contacts. We specialize in our ability to fulfill tasks efficiently and expeditiously.
