Joy Leach

Joy Leach is currently a part of the Leadership Team at The Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, where Joy teaches the Coaching Certification course. In addition, Joy is the Owner of Professional Resources Initiatives, Inc. and a Strategic Partner at Action Resources. Joy also has experience as a Consultant/Trainer at CareerTrack. Joy holds a Certificate in The Art and Practice of Leadership Development from Harvard Kennedy School, a MCC in Coaching Skills from Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, and a Master of Science in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling/Counselor from University at Buffalo.
