Melissa Halpert

Melissa Halpert has extensive experience in business development and customer experience, currently serving as the Director of Business Development and Customer Experience at the Pentagon since 2004. In this role, Melissa has overseen production processes and ensured exceptional client satisfaction through effective communication between customers and internal departments. Previously, as a Personalization Coordinator, Melissa coordinated with production teams to deliver results while handling sensitive information. Early career roles included administrative support at the Pentagon. Additionally, Melissa is an active PADI OWSI and EFR Instructor and has served as a PADI Divemaster at Action Scuba since August 2019. Melissa's educational background includes studies at CEGEP - John Abbott College and Beaconsfield High School.
