Bjorn Serra

Bjorn Serra is a highly motivated individual with substantial experience in research and development within the field of chemistry. Currently employed as a Shop Assistant at Action since September 2017, Bjorn is also pursuing a Master's degree in Biobased Materials at Maastricht University. Bjorn's extensive research background includes internships at prominent organizations such as Maastricht University, ARLANXEO, Chemelot Innovation and Learning Labs (CHILL), and Fibrant, where work focused on various aspects of organic synthesis, catalyst production, nanoparticle functionalization, and waste recycling, achieving high academic scores of 8/10 and 9/10. Furthermore, Bjorn has actively contributed as a Student Ambassador, Education Program Committee member, and Student Council member, showcasing commitment to enhancing educational experiences.
