Boris Kawohl

Boris Kawohl is an experienced professional with a strong background in private equity and board governance. Since September 2011, Boris has served as a Non Executive Board Member at Action. Previously, from September 2005 to April 2025, Boris held multiple roles at 3i Group plc, including Partner and Global Head Consumer in Private Equity. In addition to current board positions at Konges Sløjd, dé VakantieDiscounter, and BoConcept A/S, Boris has also contributed as a Non Executive Board Member at nexeye. Prior roles include Board Observer positions at Basic-Fit and KNEIP, as well as a Business Analyst at N.V. Nederlandse Gasunie and an Analyst in M&A at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Boris holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Groningen and has studied at both the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and Kiel University.
