Carla Ramos

Carla Ramos is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the CHRM for Portugal at Action since April 2023, Carla previously held the position of HR Director for Iberia at Gato Preto from April 2018 to April 2023. Carla's career began in HR at Kodak Portuguesa, where responsibilities included managing HR functions and implementing projects. Significant contributions were made during the start-up of Lojas Primark Portugal, serving as HR Manager from February 2009 to April 2018. Carla also possesses experience as an HR Consultant at Carestream Health and has held various roles focused on training and personnel services. Carla holds a degree in Management with a specialization in Human Resources from ISCSP - Universidade Técnica Lisboa and a post-graduation in Human Resources from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
