Caroline Minetti

Caroline Minetti is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Country HR Business Partner at Action since July 2016, overseeing HR strategy and operations for approximately 300 employees. Responsibilities include recruitment, talent management, coaching managers, and project management at both the group and national levels. Previously, Caroline held the role of Recruitment and Talent Development Manager, where duties encompassed recruitment processes, policy development, and stakeholder engagement. Prior to Action, Caroline's career included roles as an Executive Search Consultant for Electeam, Co-Founder and Project Manager at SEIZE CORPORATION, Recruitment Consultant for BOSSFIELD in Banking and Finance, and Recruitment Consultant at Equiteam specializing in legal recruitment. Caroline holds a Master's degree in Management Sciences with a focus on Human Resources from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
