Gizem Arik currently serves as a RE-FX SAP System & Process Analyst at Action since July 2022, overseeing the functional ownership of the Real Estate SAP system and ensuring data quality. Previously, Gizem held roles such as International Process Coordinator for Real Estate & Construction at GURUWAGA and Business Development Specialist at the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey Human Resources Office. Additional experience includes a role as a Business Analyst for the European Union Project Management Academy and various positions in sales, logistics, and customer relations across several organizations. Gizem holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Hacettepe University and Universidad de Málaga.
