With over 20 years of experience in retail management, Jan has held various leadership roles, including Managing Director at Takeda, overseeing operations for healthcare plasma donation centers, and multiple positions at Tesco, where they directed operations and product strategies across several European markets. Jan holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Economics, Prague, and is dedicated to fostering teamwork and delivering operational excellence.
