Mieke Hellingman

Mieke Hellingman is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as HR Manager at Gouda Refractories Group since September 2024, Mieke previously held multiple leadership roles at Action, including Action Teamlead HR SSC a.i. and HR Projectmanager since January 2019. Earlier experience includes roles such as Operations Manager HRO and Mobility and C&B Manager Europe at Genpact, where responsibilities included overseeing operations, managing customer contracts, and guiding European mobility requests. Mieke's career also encompasses senior consulting roles at Accounting Plaza and LogicaCMG, where significant contributions were made in HR policy execution and sales strategy development.
