Mirella Dankelman

Mirella Dankelman has an extensive background in logistics and customer experience, beginning with an internship as a Junior Consultant at Triangle Management Services from August 2003 to May 2004. Following this, Mirella gained significant experience at A.P. Moller - Maersk from September 2024 to January 2025, holding various roles including Senior CX employee, Client Coordinator, Implementation Manager, Customer Program Manager, Supervisor of Import and Export Logistics, and Customer Service Supervisor. Mirella served as a Senior Supervisor in the SCM department at Damco Netherlands BV from April 2009 to November 2011 and worked at Erasmus University Rotterdam in the Erasmus Studenten Service Centre from June 2005 to April 2006. Currently, Mirella is a Senior Inbound Container Planner at Action, starting in January 2025. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Economics of Transport and Logistics from Erasmus University Rotterdam (1997-2005) and a Business degree from the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business (2003).
