Naomi Schriks

Naomi Schriks is an accomplished professional in human resources and hospitality management with extensive experience in various roles. Currently, Naomi serves as the Assistant Team Lead for HR Services at Action, overseeing a team of over 25 individuals across multiple European countries. Previous roles include a series of positions at Malta Marriott Hotel & Spa, where responsibilities ranged from Human Resource Administration to guest service support during the hotel's opening phase. Naomi's career also includes experience at EC English Language Centres and Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts, where skills in customer service, team management, and operational efficiency were developed. Educational qualifications include degrees in International Hospitality Management and Tourism from the Institute of Tourism Studies Malta and Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences.
