Philipp Kapic

Philipp Kapic serves as the Country Finance Manager for Germany at Action since October 2019, playing a key role on the Country Management Team of one of Europe's fastest-growing non-food discounters. Prior to this, Philipp held the position of Director and Head of Finance for ESPRIT KIDS at Kidiliz Group for a brief period in 2019. Philipp's extensive experience also includes over five years at Flexknit, where roles included Head of Controlling and Financial Controller, focusing on financial budgeting, reporting, and strategic decision analysis. Earlier career experience involved working as an Assistant Tax Consultant at Steuerberater Hannen & Herrador, supporting SMEs with accounting and tax-related matters. Philipp completed a Master of Science in Finance & Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Rechnungs- und Finanzwesen from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management.
