Piotr MacHowski

Piotr Machowski has extensive experience in human resources management across various companies in Europe, currently serving as the Country Human Resources Manager at Action since May 2017. In this role, Piotr is responsible for implementing international HR policies locally and mentoring new HR Managers. Prior to Action, Piotr held multiple positions at CCC SA, including Human Resources Director, with a focus on managing HR across headquarters and branches, implementing global standards, and advising the board. Piotr's career began at TIM S.A., where responsibilities included leading a major transition to e-commerce and developing HR policies. Previous roles at Santander Consumer Bank SA involved recruitment and HR strategy development. Piotr holds an Executive MBA from Kozminski University and postgraduate degrees in management and psychology.
