Simon Ferron

Simon Ferron currently serves as Responsable des ressources humaines at Action, overseeing 45 stores and 1,100 employees since May 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Chargé de développement RH at Groupe Oui Care and L'univers NOZ, focusing on talent management, operational HR, and project support. Simon's career began with an Assistant RH position at LCL and further included internships in various HR functions. Simon holds a Master’s degree in Gestion des ressources humaines from IAE Lille, complemented by a Licence and DUT in management and economy.
