Tom Disveld

Tom Disveld is a seasoned professional in program management and service delivery, currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager at Action since 2025. They bring a wealth of experience from roles at Nike, where they managed various digital retail and commerce projects, including the integration of a cloud-based point-of-sale system and EDI/API migration during a significant SAP S4 transition. Previously, Tom held positions at Sanoma and Vodafone, where they focused on data harvesting, direct marketing, and customer experience optimization. They have also demonstrated exceptional athletic prowess as a professional middle distance runner, securing titles and national records in their age group. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and two Master’s degrees in Healthcare Management and Strategy from Radboud University Nijmegen and Twente University.
