Sean Carroll

Sean Carroll has been in the IT industry for over 8 years. Sean began their career in 2013 as a Tier 3 support at EasyITGuys - Computer Repair and Technology Solutions. In 2018, Sean moved to REVEX and CommCentral as a Level 2 helpdesk support, where they provided day to day software support and backend SQL/database corrections and application of hotfixes, as well as Azure migration and IaaS migration. In 2020, Sean transitioned to Valley Companies as a System Administrator. Most recently, in 2021, Sean began working at Action1 RMM as a Presales Engineer.

Sean Carroll attended Northwood Technical College from 2012 to 2014, studying System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management/Manager. Sean also obtained a AZ-104 Azure Administrator Associate certification from Microsoft in December 2020, as well as an AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft.
