The Quality Assurance and Policy Research team at ActionAid UK ensures the effectiveness and integrity of our humanitarian programmes, conducts in-depth policy research on climate and humanitarian issues, and advances feminist policy frameworks. This team critically evaluates programme performance, develops strategic policy insights, and champions women’s rights and economic justice through an intersectional lens.

The Project Management Team at ActionAid UK is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various initiatives aimed at ending violence against women and girls and alleviating poverty. They manage project timelines, ensure efficient allocation of resources, and collaborate closely with local staff to achieve impactful and sustainable results. The team also prepares grant proposals and reports to secure and manage funding essential for these projects.
