Fafa O. Cham

Fafa O. Cham is the Head of Programmes and Policy at ActionAid International The Gambia, a position held since 2019. With over two decades of experience, they have worked in various roles from Extension Worker to Manager within government and NGOs. Fafa holds a BSc in Agriculture from the University of the Gambia, where they graduated magna cum laude in 2014, and a Master's degree in Climate Change & Adapted Land Use from the Federal University of Technology Minna, completed in 2018. Fafa is currently pursuing another BSc in Agriculture at the University of the Gambia.
