Jad Youssef

Jad Youssef is a humanitarian and resilience program manager with over 12 years of experience in leading humanitarian and development initiatives in crisis-affected regions. They have held various roles, including Area Manager at Nabad for Development and Program Manager at Action Against Hunger, where they managed multi-sectoral teams and coordinated project implementation across Lebanon. Currently, Jad is pursuing a PhD in Humanitarian Development while working as a Humanitarian and Resilience Program Manager and Partnership and Compliance Manager for Arab regions at ActionAid. Their expertise encompasses program design, strategic planning, and capacity building, with a focus on empowering local actors and ensuring accountability within communities.
