Kebba Sima

Kebba Sima is the Head of Programmes and Policy at ActionAid International The Gambia, a position held since 2014. In this role, Kebba provides strategic leadership in programme design, policy influencing, and capacity building while overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various projects aimed at ending poverty and injustice. Previously, Kebba worked as the Outreach & Monitoring Officer at The Gambia Social Development Fund from 1989 to 2004 and served as the Head of Impact Assessment & Shared Learning at ActionAid International The Gambia from 2004 until the present. Kebba holds a Master's degree in Rural Development from the University of East Anglia, earned in 2009.
