Certified Business and Executive Coach, Heather Yakes, established ActionCOACH Central Ohio in 2014. After 20+ years in the corporate world working with Fortune 500 companies to increase their sales and profits, she chose to “come back home” and fulfill her passion for helping small to medium size businesses in the Central Ohio community do the same. Her experience over the years has made it clear that most business challenges boil down 3 primary areas: time, team and money.
