Ethan Pooley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ethan is currently working as a Tech Lead at Actionfigure, where they specialize in back-end code and DevOps. Prior to that, Ethan worked as a Software Engineer at Actionfigure, contributing to the company's real-time transit information signage and employment commute planning products.

Before joining Actionfigure, Ethan founded and served as the President of ONETHLY, a company focused on adding value to recurring service relationships between consumers and providers. Ethan also worked at Reply.com as the Director of Retail Product, where they played a key role in integrating QualitySmith's systems and establishing the foundations for Reply's contractor portal.

Earlier in their career, Ethan held positions at QualitySmith, where they served as the VP and later the VP of Technology. Ethan was responsible for all software development and information technology at QualitySmith, a major player in Internet lead-generation. Ethan also co-founded Conclusive Systems and operated as its Managing Member, developing and selling degree auditing software for colleges and universities.

Ethan's work experience also includes being a Web Developer at Prima Forma Web Development, where they worked with various clients, including RoundTable Media and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Ethan began their career as a Deck Hand and Yeoman in the United States Navy.

Ethan Pooley attended Walla Walla University from 1998 to 2003. During this time, they studied English, Philosophy, and Graphic Design. Ethan did not obtain a degree in any specific discipline. In addition to their university education, Ethan obtained several certifications later in their career. Ethan acquired a Financial Services Licensing certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in 2010. In 2022, they obtained an Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) and an Okta Certified Professional certification from Okta.
