Sophie Forge

Sophie Forge is a proactive and collaborative programme practitioner with extensive experience in charitable giving, marketing, and data strategy across businesses, social enterprises, and NGOs. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at ActionFunder, Sophie helps organizations enhance community engagement in support of ESG initiatives. Their background includes roles at Brilliant Media, Practical Action, and The Unlimited Group, among others, with a focus on primary research, social value, and communication strategy. Sophie also leads Backyard Nature, an initiative promoting environmental awareness. They hold a BA (Hons) in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Brighton.
