ActionLaser is an Australian advanced manufacturing company founded in 1988 on patented CSIRO laser perforating technology.  Since then, we have become the global leader in manufacturing laser drilled filtration screens and discs.  Over 90% of our customers are global in markets such as food, mining, aerospace, chemical and plastic recycling.

In 2013, ActionLaser made the strategic decision to enter the plastic recycling melt filter market.  In 2018 ActionLaser aquires "worlds best" laser technology to drill 1.5mm thick MeltFilter dics.  Our MeltFilter discs are designed to be "as good or better" to replace melt discs in Erema machines.
2022/23 ActionLaser wins the prestigous Federal Governement's Advanced Manufacturing Growth Centre grant to build MeltFilter production capacity.

2023 ActionLaser patents technology to manufacture centrifuge screens for the European / UK / USA sugar beet market with the goal to increase beet sugar crystal recovery (increase yield), increase centrifuge screen life and enhance "sugar house" productivity.  European trials begin in 2024.  

2024 wilI be an exciting year for ActionLaser as we commence inhouse R&D to produce an alternative filtration screen Conidur using 0.5mm Inconel or Duplex.  Another world first for ActionLaser.
