Monica Trew

Monica Trew has a range of work experience in the fields of training, communications, instructional design, and eLearning development. Monica has worked at multiple companies, starting with GNC in 2008 as an Operations Coordinator II and later transitioning to roles such as Training Assistant and Training Specialist II. In 2014, Monica joined SPIROL as an eLearning Developer for a short period before moving on to Diamond Resorts International as an Instructional Designer. Since 2017, they have been with ActionLink, initially as an Instructional Designer and then progressing to the role of Training Manager. Currently, Monica holds the position of Director of Training and Communications at ActionLink from September 2022 onwards.

Monica Trew received a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from PennWest California from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a diploma from Bentworth Senior High School from 2000 to 2003. Monica also has additional certifications, including Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner and Prosci® Taking Charge of Change from Prosci in 2023, as well as certifications in Video Games and Learning and Foundations of Teaching for Learning 2: Being a Teacher from Coursera in 2013.
