Steven Patterson

Steven Patterson serves as the District Manager at ActionLink since April 2014, where responsibilities include providing strategic guidance and overseeing operations for retail locations across Texas, Louisiana, and New Mexico. Managing a team of 30-40 direct and 10 indirect technicians, Steven fosters a culture focused on high performance and collaboration. Prior roles include ActionLink Certified Technician, where leadership was demonstrated through managing small teams and ensuring high-quality service delivery, as well as Special Investigator and Investigator 2 positions at Perspecta and CACI International Inc., respectively, both of which involved conducting thorough investigations while holding a Top Secret security clearance. Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University, obtained between 2013 and 2016.
